A chiropractic physician focuses on treatment of the spine and nervous system, and should be a skilled practitioner of intersegmental manipulation. This is what is commonly referred to as the chiropractic adjustment.
When you come in for your first appointment, Dr. Kinsman will begin by taking a complete history of your symptoms and condition. This will be followed by a thorough examination to determine the cause of your problem and confirm that chiropractic care is the treatment of choice. Upon completion of the examination, the doctor will discuss your diagnosis and treatment recommendations with you.
Chiropractic, like any other form of healthcare, can’t guarantee that you will not injure yourself or have other problems in the future. However, at Concord Chiropractic, Dr. Kinsman and his staff will do their best to insure the successful treatment of the problem that brought you to seek chiropractic care. In most cases this will mean resolving your problem and a complete relief of symptoms. However, some problems may have existed for months or even years. In those situations, chiropractic can provide a means to manage those symptoms. Dr. Kinsman can tell you what you can expect at your physical exam and presentation of findings.
